Máté Fekete

Máté Fekete has been pursuing experimental photography since 2002. In his experiments and installations, he often combines archaic techniques with contemporary image-making solutions, such as the wet plate collodion process with AI-assisted image creation and other digital techniques. He has learned from renowned artists and specialists such as Gábor Baráth, Fiala de Gábor, László Gálos, Attila Venczel and Imre Zalka. His works have been exhibited at the 29th Alföld Photo Salon (2023), The Universe of PhotoVillage – The First 15 Years (FUGA, 2024), and the Real and Artificial Identities exhibition of the Budapest PhotoFestival (Kiscelli Museum, 2025).
